Lord Jesus,
Have mercy upon me, O God. According to Your loving kindness and Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Lord Jesus, wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. Lord, I have sinned against You and done evil in Your sight. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Fill me with Your presence and let Your Holy Spirit take complete control over me. Lord, restore to me the joy of Your salvation and uphold me by Your generous Spirit. In Your loving name I pray, Amen.
