Loving Lord Jesus,
You are my Shepherd and I shall lack nothing in life. Lord, often I struggle to be content and desire many things. Help me to be content in my life with what You have given me and to not be focused on what my flesh tells me I should have. Help me learn to be content in any situation like Paul. Protect me from coveting the possessions or people, talent or influence, relationships. I thank You for the numerous gifts that You have given me. Bless me with the joy and satisfaction of contentment in Christ. In Jesus Name, Amen.
